What exactly will I be receiving?
The Consultation Pad is a 50-sheet pad personalized with your logo, branding color, and all services/treatments offered at your practice. The layout and design will make the process easy for you and your patient to set goals and recommendations.
I’m ready for success, what next?
Let’s get started! A one-time setup fee and once we have final approval, you will have the tool you need for your patients.
How do I get started?
Simple, once payment is received we start the customization process. The Consultation Pad will be specific to your services and practice including your logo, business information, and company colors.
How long will this take?
Customization does take time, but will typically take 2 - 3 weeks. If you are delayed in providing the information we need, it may take longer.
How will I receive the Pad?
As soon as the professional printing is completed, we will ship directly to you.
How do I access the video?
Only if you are committed and have purchased the Consultation Pad, then you will have access to the educational video. You will receive a username and password once payment is received. (Only available for clients who have purchased the Consultation Pad.)
I need to re-order…
Great! Send us an email, and we will take care of the rest. Processing time will be about 5 - 7 business days and 3 - 4 days for shipping. Express processing is available. Because of our printing volume, we are able to offer a significant discount on printing full-color pads. We keep our re-order pricing below what you would receive from other printing shops to help you in your continued use of the consultation pad.
I want to reorder, but have a few changes…
We love it when practices grow and add services. We make the process simple. Send us an email and we will start the process. A small redesign fee will be charged depending on the changes.
1 - 4: changes $50 fee
5 - 7: changes $75
8 or more: we can provide a quote
